Pay Rate: $100,000 – $110,000 a year
Location: Houston, Texas 77027
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
A new home builder in the upper Kirby area of Houston is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team!
What you will be doing:
• Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments, complete expense reports, compose and prepare confidential correspondence, and arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
• Plan, coordinate, and support the Senior Leaders’ schedule.
• Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns.
• Prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously.
• Follow through on projects to ensure successful completion by deadline.
• Assists in coordinating the agenda and logistics of senior management team meetings.
• Attend to personal matters of the Senior Leaders to include personal event planning and other personal support as needed.
What is Required:
• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
• Five ore more years of executive level support experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products.
