Job Description:
The Executive Director of Institutional Research & Effectiveness is responsible for: • the achievement of services, goals and objectives and acts as liaison with all divisions to ensure day-to-day operations of institutional effectiveness are handled appropriately; • planning, organizing, and directing the college’s accreditation, effectiveness, grants, research, strategic planning, and related processes and reviews.
Responsibilities:
Manages and oversees the financial/budget of the department.
- Monitors activities of personnel to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Evaluate employees at scheduled intervals.
- Coordinates daily workflow and handles complex departmental administrative issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field * and * Five (5) years of related work experience.
- SACSCOC (or other higher education) accreditation experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Has oversight over all positions within the department.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
