Job Description:
Performs a variety of general maintenance and janitorial duties, including maintaining Company buildings and grounds.
Responsibilities:
- Provides care for company grounds, including maintaining the lawn, landscaping, and removing snow as needed.
- Ensuring property grounds are free of garbage and other debris.
- Maintains buildings as needed, including minor repairs, replacing lighting fixtures, cleaning windows, and painting when necessary.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs as needed.
- Performs janitorial duties, including cleaning restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Receives and carries out instructions. Maintains regular and predictable attendance. Performs other duties as assigned.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- One to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The base pay range for this position is $22.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
