We are seeking an experienced Field Construction Manager to lead multi-discipline industrial projects with budgets up to $30M. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who excels in project execution, safety management, and team coordination to deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of construction, including safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance.
- Manage field crews and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with industry codes and best practices.
- Act as the primary client contact in the absence of the Project Manager.
- Conduct constructability reviews, safety audits, and quality assurance processes.
- Develop and implement site-specific plans for safety, quality, and productivity.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 10+ years of construction experience, with a history of success as a Senior Project Engineer or Superintendent.
- Proven ability to manage large crews (up to 100 personnel) and complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of industry codes, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to build rapport with teams and clients.

In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $150k–$190k, not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
