Job Description
As a Field Service Representative, you will diagnose, repair and maintain business machines and equipment. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering timely and efficient service. Participate in ongoing training and obtain certifications to stay updated on new technologies and equipment specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform periodic maintenance and set up new equipment as needed.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Complete and submit accurate paperwork on time.
- Care for and maintain company property, including vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a two-year college degree in electronics/electromechanics or trade.
- Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
- Knowledge of test equipment and hand tools, with strong mechanical skills.

The base salary range for this position is $16-$18/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
