Final Documentation Specialist
Pay Rate: $17-$19.50
Work Type: Hybrid
Location: Houston, TX 77041
Hours: 8:00 – 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, with flexible start and end times.
Join one of our oil and gas clients as a Final Document Specialist where you will create, compile, and produce accurate data books or manuals to meet customer contractual requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Create, compile, and produce applicable documentation, review Manufacturing Records Books (MRBs) and User Manuals (USMs) for accuracy
- Utilize engineering document database system to create, compile, and product engineering USMs for customer equipment
- Transmit electronic USM & MRB copies and print hard copies when required per customer contract.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Two (2) years of documentation experience is highly preferred.
- Essential knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe PDF is required.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills are required.
