Job Description
As a Finance and Accounting Leader, you will drive the development and execution of financial strategies that align with business objectives. You will oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance and optimizing efficiency to support growth and profitability. Additionally, you will create, lead, and mentor your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to align with and support the organization's business objectives and growth goals.
- Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while driving efficiency and profitability across departments.
- Create, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and financial excellence.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, MBA/CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- 3+ years leadership
- Excellent communications skills
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful strategies.

The base salary range for this position is $145,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
