- BS in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, MBA/CPA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- 3+ years leadership
- Excellent communications skills
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful strategies.

As a FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING LEADER, you will drive the development and execution of financial strategies that align with business objectives. You will oversee financial operations, ensuring compliance and optimizing efficiency to support growth and profitability. Additionally, you will create, lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
