Job Description
The Financial Accountant is responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, and maintaining general ledger integrity. This role involves analyzing financial data, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Complete general ledger balancing and financial statement preparation
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Collects and analyzes data preparing reports for management
- Makes recommendations to improve accounting and control procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Expert with MS Excel, SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work diligently in a time-sensitive environment

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $80,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
