Job Description
To be successful in the role, the Finance Operations Manager will effectively maintain strong internal controls, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, and effectively collaborating with IT and third-party vendors to optimize financial systems. The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet strict deadlines will be key to streamlining payment processes and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. Strong communication skills will help in liaising with stakeholders, resolving discrepancies, and driving process improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee internal controls and ensure financial systems function properly by coordinating with IT and third-party vendors.
- Lead the finance team in managing software delivery projects, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring smooth implementation.
- Coordinate and implement new bank account features, such as fraud protection and reconciliation tools.
- Manage and develop staff by overseeing hiring, training, performance evaluations, and team growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, MBA preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- 5+ years’ experience leading a team and overseeing internal controls
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and statutory accounting principles

The base salary range for this position is $100,000–$130,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
