Job Description
You will be responsible for the finishing and machining of castings made in the die casting shop. This is a hands-on, fast paced shop floor position that has a lot of variety day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machining centers and inspect for defects as castings are machines
- Operate assembly machines
- Use hand tools to sand, debur, grind, drill, and mill castings
- Gage parts for quality checks
- Make minor machine adjustments if necessary
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Die Casting or foundry experience a plus but not required
- Ability to stand, lift and work in varying temperatures
- A positive attitude and regular, punctual attendance are required

The base salary range for this position is $19, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
