Job Description
As a floor supervisor, you will be required to be able to operate all machinery, contribute to direction setting, provide coaching/training, and work closely alongside your team to safely meet production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of all 3rd Shift Crew, 6-8 employees
- Learn and operate all the equipment for 3rd shift
- Provide direction and leadership to the production workforce and conduct production team huddles
- Ensure quality standards and production records are maintained consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner
- Fill in for production employees
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1+ year of Supervisory experience
- 2+ years of Manufacturing experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to train on 1st shift

The base salary range for this position is $22-27, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
