We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse / Carpenter / Furniture Assembler to join our team. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse tasks, assembling furniture, and performing carpentry work to meet our product quality standards. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse and the efficient production of high-quality furniture.
What you will be doing:
- Construct, cut, shape, and join wood components for furniture pieces according to specifications.
- Use woodworking machinery and hand tools to perform detailed and precise carpentry tasks.
- Assemble pre-manufactured furniture components following assembly instructions.
- Ensure all pieces fit together correctly and safely, checking for defects or damage before completing assembly.
- Perform touch-ups and finish work on furniture, including sanding, painting, or staining as needed.
- Inspect assembled products for quality control, ensuring they meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Assist in identifying and addressing any issues with products or processes.
- Perform any other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
What is required:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional carpentry or warehouse management certifications preferred).
- Proven experience in carpentry, furniture assembly, or warehouse operations.
- Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment, including drills, and sanders.
- Good physical stamina and work while standing the entirety of shift
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
