Job Description
This job offers a full-time schedule in a recycling scrapyard, sorting metals. This role includes general labor skills, working as a team member, discarding materials, and line work.
Responsibilities:
- Operating the conveyor belt
- Sorting scrap metal
- Discarding materials
- Keeping the work area clean
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 4 months of general labor experience preferred (perhaps in construction, manufacturing, janitorial, or even lawn care)
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand and walk the entire shift
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening

The base salary range for this position is $14/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
