What Matters Most:
- Competitive pay of $15.00 an hour
- On-site position located in the Salisbury, NC area
- Ability to work in cold temperatures throughout the full shift (34 degrees)
- Hours are from 9am-9pm Sunday-Sunday (7 DAYS A WEEK 10-12 HOURS SHIFTS)
- You get 1 lunch break of 30 min, 1 break of 15 min and Dinner break of 30 min (Dinner will be provided)
Job Description:
- Meticulously assemble and arrange flowers,
- Picking, wrapping, and packing
- Staking and wrapping pallets
- Moving products around the warehouse
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to withstand cold temperatures throughout the full shift (34 degrees)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand in one spot for the full shift
- Must be able to full work 12 hours shifts
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

The base pay for this position is $15 per hour. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
