Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, empowering sales teams to perform at their best? As the Head of Sales Enablement at The Reserves Network (TRN), you’ll equip our diverse sales force with the tools, strategies, and skills needed to excel. This hybrid role supports TRN’s 40 markets, with occasional travel to engage directly with local teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Align enablement initiatives with TRN’s business goals to drive measurable revenue growth.
- Lead onboarding and training for new Account Executives (AEs) and conduct sales training for new Branch Managers.
- Establish and standardize processes to ensure compliance and operational efficiency across all markets.
- Partner with leaders across the organization to create playbooks, training programs, and tailored resources for diverse sales roles.
- Deliver targeted training programs to improve prospecting, lead generation, and closing techniques for sales teams.
- Develop and manage content resources, including sales playbooks, email templates, and client engagement materials.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to sales professionals, focusing on skill development and real-time feedback to improve performance.
- Champion the adoption and effective use of key sales technologies like BombBomb, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
- Use performance analytics to evaluate the success of enablement programs and make data-driven improvements.
- Facilitate group pipeline and enablement meetings each week.
- Lead change management initiatives to reinforce learning and create sustained behavioral change.
- Provide on-the-ground support in our markets to foster alignment and offer coaching to local teams.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.
- Expertise in sales technologies, particularly BombBomb, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across departments and regions.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful training and coaching programs. Big plus if you have worked with the LMS platform Learn365.
- Staffing or workforce solutions industry experience is a strong plus.
