Job Description
As an HR Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to the Human Resources department, with a focus on staffing programs to meet production demand. This role includes managing HRIS data, supporting recruitment efforts, coordinating employee onboarding, and assisting with employee inquiries. You’ll also handle reporting, communications, and special assignments to improve HR processes and operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews and provide administrative support for recruitment processes.
- Prepare and deliver employee onboarding and new hire orientation programs.
- Respond to employee inquiries about timekeeping, policies, and benefits, escalating issues when necessary.
- Prepare and distribute reports, such as headcount and staffing changes.
- Maintain and update HR communications for employees.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency with HR systems and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
