Job Description
The HR Records Technician processes employee data changes and manages department transfers with accuracy and attention to detail. This role involves maintaining smooth operations across multiple systems while providing exceptional service by triaging calls and emails to connect employees with the appropriate HR team members
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process employee data changes across multiple HR systems, ensuring seamless updates.
- Manage department transfers with precision, maintaining smooth operations and timely transitions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for triaging calls and emails, promptly connecting employees with the appropriate HR team members.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
- 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Office work experience in a human resources environment utilizing HRIS enterprise solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP).
- Advanced proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base hourly range for this position is $20.00-$24.00 per hour, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
