Job Description
In this position, you'll analyze HR data to identify key trends and present actionable insights, empowering the leadership team to make informed, data-driven decisions. Additionally, you'll evaluate the effectiveness of HR tools and resources, and handle reporting projects with meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize HR data from different systems, like payroll and HR software
- Ensure HR data is accurate by performing regular checks and audits
- Create reports and dashboards on key HR metrics, such as hiring trends and employee turnover
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements to HR processes
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years experience using analytical tools to track content usage and effectiveness
- Strong skills in interpreting data and creating reports, charts, and dashboards that communicate key insights
- Experience with data visualization tools and database management software
- Ability to troubleshoot data issues and offer practical solutions

The base salary range for this position is $50,000–$55,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
