Job Description
The Human Resources Manager leads all HR functions, ensuring policies, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance are in line with the company’s goals and legal requirements. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, committed to fostering a positive workplace and aligning HR practices with business objectives
Responsibilities:
- HR Manager will Recruit and staff for the organization by developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding, collaborate with managers to forecast hiring needs, and align recruitment efforts with business growth.
- Employee Relations serves as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and inquiries
- Performance management, oversee performance review processes, and support management in employee development
- Compensation and Benefits Administration, administer employee benefits (health insurance, retirement, etc.), and handle compensation reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Professional HR certification (PHR/SHRM) is highly desirable.
- 3-5 years of HR experience in a similar role; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and manage sensitive situations tactfully.
- Expertise in conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using applications such as Paycor, Vizio, and WageWorks.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share that the base salary range for this position is $70k – $80K Annually not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the above range is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth
