Job Description
A talent acquisition specialist, or TA specialist, is an HR professional who focuses on finding and attracting the best talent for an organization, playing a crucial role in the recruitment process from start to finish. They are involved in every step of the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associates Degree, 3 years similar experience, or a combination of both school and work experience
- Strong communication skills, written and oral
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel

The base salary range for this position is $50,000– $59,000/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
