Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Administer health and welfare plans and process required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
• Provide phone support coverage and answer employee requests and questions.
• Reconcile benefit statements, conduct audits, and provide analysis of reports for corrective action.
• Perform clerical functions such as making copies, scanning, e-mailing, and handling mail.
• Assist or prepare correspondence as requested.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Suite; V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Formulas, and Sorting Data, Macros.
