Job Description
The HR coordinator performs administrative and clerical tasks within the HR department, supporting the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, and acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple time zones
- Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations, follow-up emails, and timely updates to recruiters and hiring teams
- Post new job openings to public boards and maintain current listings
- Update and maintain applicant tracking system and candidate workflow updates
- Quickly resolve scheduling or virtual interview conflicts and promptly communicate updates or changes
- Work closely with talent acquisition and human resources for additional support as requested
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong administrative experience and/or customer service focused
- Ability to prioritize and act quickly
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $26 – $28/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
