In-House Coordinator
- Competitive salary $67,500k – $79,400k
- Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, some weekend coverage required.

Step into the role of In-House Coordinator to impact one of Florida’s premier non-profit organization's clinics. Join a leading healthcare facility where you’ll act as a primary communication link between the non-profit organization staff and hospital staff fulfilling the life-saving dreams of waiting for transplant recipients through the generosity of organ and tissue donors.
Your New Role:
- Act as the primary communication link between staff and the health care teams, utilizing specific protocols and skills to facilitate the recovery of organs and/or tissue for transplantation.
- Gain an understanding of each hospital’s unique working and political environment, determining the individual requirements and enlisting the cooperation of critical personnel through strong interpersonal communication.
- Identify potential donor referrals in collaboration with hospital staff and update appropriately, review of patient’s medical records, completion of physical assessment, review of donor information with hospital personnel.
- Must be comfortable discussing time-sensitive donor disclosure with family and hospital personnel donor disclosure forms and protocols.
- Responsible for participating in quality assessment performance improvement activities for the Quality Assessment Performance Improvement plan.
- Participate in meetings, special projects, and activities as directed.
Your Experience:
- R.N. or B.A. or B.S. degree in social services or allied healthcare field, experienced Critical Urgent Care facilities or ICU
- Must be able to lift, carry and/or move equipment of varying weight from 1 to 75 pounds as needed
- Ability to work outside normal business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as well as non-scheduled hours when necessary.
- Public speaking and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact with various types of audiences.
- Covid vaccinations and TB testing are required.
- Maintain a positive work environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Reliable vehicle with a good driving record and current Florida State license.
- Residing within the assigned service area is preferred.
- Bilingual a plus – written and verbal English/Spanish.
