Job Title: Site Director, Credit Card Program

What Matters Most:
As the Site Director of Credit Card Program, you’ll lead a dynamic team, ensuring that sales strategies align with operational execution across all theme park locations. This role is key to driving performance, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the seamless integration of sales goals with park activities, all while providing exceptional leadership and support to your team.
Your New Role:
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of sales and operations professionals, ensuring alignment with both sales and operational targets.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement sales strategies and monitor performance across all park locations.
- Oversee daily sales campaigns, ensuring marketing initiatives are executed effectively and in line with broader goals.
- Manage operational functions, troubleshooting issues such as system outages or equipment needs to ensure smooth in-park execution.
- Implement safety measures and ensure operational procedures are followed across all park locations.
- Coordinate the onboarding and training process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the right tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication of goals, results, and challenges.
Your Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in sales, operations, or a related field, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Experience in the theme park or entertainment industry is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across departments and teams.
- Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.

- Bonus eligible, with a competitive salary range of $130,000–$150,000.
