Inbound Sales and Customer Service Remote

Schedule Options:
8:00am-4:30pm with a Saturday rotation (one day off during the weekday)
9:00am-5:30pm with a Saturday rotation (one day off during the weekday)

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm EST
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm EST
Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:30pm EST
Seeking compassionate and consultative Sales Representatives to educate callers on the importance of early health screenings and the additional services we offer.
What you will be doing:
- Gather health information from callers to assess their individual health risks.
- Educate callers on the advantages of early health screenings in preventing and detecting chronic/major conditions, promoting longer and healthier lives.
- Apply a consultative sales approach to suggest appropriate services, driving lead conversion and achieving sales targets.
- Schedule screening appointments, process payments, and offer flexible payment plans over the phone.
- Present and upsell various screening packages based on callers' health risks and needs, with a focus on pre-paid appointments.
What is required:
- Strong desire to work in a sales-driven environment with consultative sales skills and excellent phone etiquette.
- Proven ability to manage time, handle stress, and meet or exceed sales goals in a competitive setting.
- Stable employment history with no job-hopping; successful completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Must have a home office with a designated, quiet workspace and a wired internet connection (min. 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload; no satellite or hotspot).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
