Remote Inbound Sales Representative – Direct Hire
Pay Rate: hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications, plus commission
Location: Remote
Hours: 1st shift, Monday – Friday (see work schedules below)
The Reserves Network is seeking compassionate and consultative individuals to join the Remote Representative Team as Preventative Healthcare Advisors. In this role, you will be responsible for educating callers about benefits of early health screenings and additional services available. This is a full-time position with permanent work-from-home opportunities, offering comprehensive benefits and a supportive, growth-orientated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle 35-45 incoming call per shift from new and returning customers.
- Collect relevant health information to understand specific health risks of callers.
- Educate callers on the benefits of early health screenings for the prevention and early detection of chronic/major health conditions.
- Use a consultative sales approach to recommend medically relevant services and meet sales goals.
- Schedule screening appointments and collect payments over the phone.
- Discuss and upsell screening packages based on health risks.
- Secure payment plans with a focus on pre-paid screening appointments.
Requirements:
- Desire to work in a sales environment.
- Outstanding phone etiquette with a strong ability for consultative sales.
- Stable job history with no job-hopping.
- Ability to effectively handle stress and time management.
- Competitive mindset to meet and exceed performance/sales goals.
- Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps, 10 Mbps Upload with the ability to hardwire into the internet router. Satellite and Cellular Hotspot Internet is not compatible with our phone system.
- Designated quiet workspace in your home.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is preferred.
Benefits and Perks:
- Three weeks of paid training, conducted virtually, Monday-Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm EST.
- All necessary equipment provided (computer, monitor, phone, etc.)
- Monthly commission based on performance, averaging $500 a month. Top 10-15% performers can earn up to $1500 a month in commission.
- $750 Stay Bonus after 6 months.
- $500 Achievement Bonus based on performance in the first 6 months.
- Yearly merit increases.
- Health, Dental and Vision insurance, 401k program with a 50% match for up to 6% of salary, PTO accrual after 6 months.
Work Schedule Options:
- Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm EST
- Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm EST Saturday rotation 1 day off during the week
- Monday-Friday 9:00 am-5:30 pm EST Saturday rotation 1 day off during the week
- Monday-Friday 10:00 am-6:30 pm EST
