Job Description:
As the Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a critical role in food manufacturing for a premier dessert manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain ovens, mixers, and other industrial cooking equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on food production equipment. Spot welding as needed.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and make repairs or adjustments and make sure equipment is operating properly by adhering to a scheduled maintenance program.
- Ensure all equipment throughout the industrial plant is operating correctly and adhere to a scheduled maintenance program.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, PLCs, proximity switches, inverters, and testing equipment
- Basic computer and troubleshooting skills.
- Electrical Certification preferred.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Welding stainless steel (Tig and Mig) preferred
- Experience in the operation of steam and hydronic boilers, natural gas burners, pneumatic compressors, cylinders, and valves preferred.
- Provide your own hand tools.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
