Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will sustain and improve the preventative maintenance program for all HVAC equipment, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical HVAC systems, and ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely. This role involves installing, restoring, and upgrading HVAC systems, diagnosing system control issues, and collaborating with other departments to maintain a cohesive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Sustain and improve the preventative Maintenance Program for all HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical HVAC equipment
- Install, restore, maintain and upgrade HVAC systems and components
- Perform routine maintenance and operations techniques to minimize equipment downtime
Qualifications and Requirements:
- HVAC apprentice license or Equivalent industry work experience 2 + years of experience in industrial, commercial, or military systems maintenance preferred
- Strong ability to diagnose problems from systems control to application point on the machine
- Experience operating, repairing and troubleshooting large-scale electrical and mechanical HVAC systems

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
