Job Description
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of machinery, equipment, and the facility. You’ll work on preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs to minimize downtime. The position requires expertise in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and equipment maintenance. This is a hands-on role that ensures the facility and equipment are in excellent working condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational issues
- Repair and replace defective parts using hand and power tools
- Maintain the facility, including upkeep of floors, roofs, plumbing, and drainage systems
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following established rules and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Proficiency with hand and power tools, along with the ability to read diagrams and manuals
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of facility maintenance tasks like plumbing, roofing, and landscaping is a plus

The base salary range for this position is $24-$28/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
