Job Description: A growing pipe, valve, and fittings organization is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for quoting and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships. With your motivation and excellent communication skills, you will support customers in determining the best solutions for their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Support timely responses for all requests from customers.
- Communicate product specifications, applications, availability, and life cycle.
- Help customers determine the best solution for their needs.
- Engage in online inventory management and email communication.
- Keep management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
- Work closely with Support, Community Management, Account Management, and Business Development teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or technical field preferred.
- Ability to adapt to new ideas and changing environments.
- Motivated self-starter who can work well in a team or independently.
- Multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000–$65,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
