Job Description:
Primarily responsible for verifying insurance and claims.
Responsibilities:
- Call companies for collections on outstanding balances
- Submit appeals on denied claims; checking eligibility, claim status, authorization status through payer portals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 6 months in a customer service, preferably in Insurance and Healthcare industry
- Experience with inpatient and outpatient claims preferred.
