Invoice Data Entry Clerk | $16.50 | Hybrid

Job Description
 
As an invoice data entry clerk, you will match invoices in the system, while communicating with customers about any discrepancies.   
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Match and clear invoices in the system 
  • Check addresses 
  • Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with customers about any missing invoices 
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
 
  • High school diploma
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Good computer skills 
  • Detail oriented

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $16.50, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
