Job Description
As an IT Compliance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring adherence to IT governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This position involves evaluating IT controls, assessing compliance risks, and supporting governance initiatives to enhance overall IT security and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise in IT compliance frameworks, including PCI DSS and SOX, to ensure regulatory and policy adherence.
- Analyze data to enhance IT risk management strategies and proactively address compliance risks.
- Develop and present reports and dashboards on key compliance metrics and IT governance initiatives.
- Maintain and update IT controls documentation, ensuring timely remediation of identified control weaknesses.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT governance, compliance, or audit.
- Strong knowledge of IT policies, procedures, and industry standards such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.

The Pay Rate range for this position is $45 – $50 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
