- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with additional hours as needed

As an IT Help Desk Specialist, you will provide technical support and customer service for both external and internal clients. Your role will involve troubleshooting IT issues, managing IT assets, and collaborating with team members to maintain an efficient and secure technology environment. - Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Respond to and resolve user-reported issues, documenting solutions in the ticketing system.
- Educate users on best practices and software functionality.
- Escalate complex technical issues to advanced support teams as needed.
- Monitor and manage IT assets, tracking inventory and conducting lifecycle management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- A+, Network+ certifications or a minimum of 6 years in a technical or IT help desk role accepted in lieu of degree.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently, meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VPN troubleshooting, and network connectivity.
