Join a growing team as an IT Support Specialist in a global manufacturing environment, providing technical support and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide help desk support (ServiceNow experience a plus)
- Install and configure workstations, software, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows OS issues
- Support new user onboarding and account setup
- Maintain asset inventory and document procedures
- Communicate effectively with users and team members
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in an IT help desk/service desk role
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
