WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
- 6-month Contract position
- 100% Onsite
- Weekdays – 8am – 4:30pm
- $22 – $25/hour
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Experience working on Apple devices, such as the iPads
- Excel spreadsheet usage/manipulation
- Computer set-up, imaging, or building (hardware and software)
- Experience troubleshooting iPads and/or other iOS devices
- Experience using Mobile Device Management system Mosyle
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As an IT Support Technician (Apple Devices), you will manage the collection, examination, resetting, re-imaging, and tracking via Mosyle mobile device management software and Excel spreadsheet of the organization’s iPads and laptops
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Help with device management of iPads and laptops including collection and distribution of devices
- Utilize Mosyle mobile device management software to send simple commands
- Examine devices for any issues such as chipped screen or missing keys
- Using the Mosyle mobile device management system, the device will need to be wiped and reset or collected for resale, depending on the age and condition of the device
- All steps taken will need to be tracked and documented utilizing Mosyle MDM software and Excel spreadsheets
