Job Description
This role involves coordinating work schedules and production sequences to meet goals while ensuring employees adhere to safety, quality, and performance standards. The Lead Welder also reads and analyzes production reports to determine requirements and conducts training for team members on equipment use, defect detection, and troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
- Lead the activities of employees engages in the production or processing of goods such as inspectors, machine setters, and fabricators.
- Observe work and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in TIG welding in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with leading a team.
- Must have considerable knowledge of principles and practices of TIG welding and effective oral and written communication skills.

The base pay range for this position is $25-$32/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
