Job Description
Work with a local property management company and their different communities to provide customer service with existing residence and market their open units to fill them.
Responsibilities:
- Market communities on social media, blogs, and local partnerships
- Schedule tours and use your sales skills to close leases
- Work with current residence to provide satisfaction
- Administrative duties within the office
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be sales driven
- A people person with great customer service skills
- Good with social media and technology
- Solid work history

The base pay is $18.00 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
