Your New Role:
Join a proactive housing organization in Houston, TX, as the Legal Clerk where you will perform various administrative duties in the legal department. You will maintain physical and digital filing systems, prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines, and help manage calendars and meetings for the legal department leaders.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with no weekends!
Your Experience:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required; some college courses or an associate’s degree is highly recommended.
- One (1) – Two (2) years of administrative assistant experience is required; legal experience is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency skills with the computer including Microsoft Office are required.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and time management skills are required.
