Job Description
As a Mail Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining printing presses and other machinery in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor print quality and ensure that all print jobs meet alignment and color specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain printing presses and related equipment.
- Monitor and adjust settings for alignment, color accuracy, and adherence to job specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to print quality or equipment malfunctions.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of printing machinery.
- Read and interpret production orders to set up print jobs accurately.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience operating mail machines and computers is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Solid mathematical skills for measurements and adjustments.
- Ability to read and interpret production orders and specifications.
