Job Description
Join a well-established production team as a Slitter Machine Operator, responsible for loading, setting up, and operating PLC-driven slitting equipment to produce high-quality plastic film rolls. This position offers a clean, organized, and team-oriented environment where attention to detail and quality are key.
Responsibilities:
- Load and set up master rolls of film onto the slitter machine.
- Monitor product quality and adjust machine settings as needed.
- Track production counts and ensure correctly sized finished rolls.
- Cut custom cores and wrap/labeled completed rolls.
- Maintain machine performance and follow all safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience operating PLC-driven equipment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies.
- Attention to detail with strong math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and operate a forklift.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

The base salary range for this position is $17.00-$20.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
