Job Description
Join a growing company that specializes in foundry sand production as a Machine Operator (Mixer). You’ll be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial mixers to ensure proper blending of materials used in production. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in an industrial environment. No prior machine operating experience is required – willing to train the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor mixing equipment to blend raw materials according to specifications
- Measure and add ingredients following precise formulas
- Perform quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy in production
- Assist with equipment cleaning and minor maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment with dust, heat, and heavy machinery
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
