Job Description
As a Machine Operator Assistant, you will help machine operators ensure products are produced safely and efficiently while meeting customer specifications. You will assist in maintain product quality, performing regular maintenance and ensuring minimal process issues. Responsibilities:
- Keep production areas and other designated spaces clean and organized
- Accurately complete daily production reports
- Perform regular maintenance and preventative maintenance on the winder
- Use lock-out/Tag-out procedures to ensure safety during maintenance tasks
- Assist in achieving Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to use and read a tape measure
- Proficient in reading and writing English
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and eagerness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Ability to push, pull or lift 50 pounds independently

The base salary range for this position is $18.00-$19.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
