Job Description
Work in a friendly, teamwork environment that has many opportunities for growth as a grinder you will be responsible for completing the job requests per customer.
Responsibilities:
- Grinding: ID Grinding/OD Grinding/Surface Grinding
- Tool & Die Shop – Rotates through Shop
- Sets up and operates the machines and equipment required to run production Initiate a sub-inventory transfer to the main finished goods inventory after the rework is completed.
- Obtains acceptable First Pieces by setting up machines and submitting them for proper approval.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED High School/Equivalent OR good reading, writing, & speaking skills in English with the ability to read and interpret product drawings, BOMs.
- At least 2 years’ Experience in production operations including CNC machining, general machining, understanding of metric system a plus, polishing, & assembly; Machining certification a plus. Experience running a Studer a plus

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
