Job Description:
In this position, you will prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions, maintaining lawns and gardens, operating and utilizing landscaping equipment, minimal maintenance duties, and other tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the property which includes trash pickups, raking, and other duties.
- Light maintenance requests to assist the Lead Maintenance Technicians
- Assist maintenance crew in refurbishing vacant units.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Basic handyman skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and possess communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment screening

The base salary range for this position is $27,914, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
