Job Description
The Injection Molding Maintenance/Building Facilities Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repair, rebuild, and installation of mechanical and auxiliary equipment, supporting production to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement. This role involves managing preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and overseeing facility-related tasks. The position requires a strong technical background in injection molding and facility management.
Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance ad repairs for molding and auxiliary equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
- Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships for maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in plastic injection molding.
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and basic electrical systems.
- Knowledge of various hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is $28.00–$32.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
