Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support our growing team. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess safety requirements before starting any repair
- Repair, replace, and install mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as perform building mechanical repairs and maintenance
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education (GED)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance or technician role in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Good working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, PLC, and motor controls
• Ability to read pipe and wire schematics
• Must complete forklift certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and occasionally more than 50 lbs

The base pay range for this position is $24.00 – $30.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
