Maintenance Supervisor | 80K to 90K| On-Site Direct Hire

Job Description:
Planned organized, coordinated, and managed associates and activities to ensure efficient maintenance of material sortation/handling equipment, HVAC, building systems, and other equipment per company regulations and policies. Direct work of hourly maintenance associates daily to achieve assigned goals.
Responsibilities:
Maintain knowledge of , and enforce adherence to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance associates.
- Assist in the development of procedures related to maintenance safety.
- Plan and schedule maintenance staff work assignments including work coverage for off-hour business activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Preferred 2-3 years of Group Leader experience with 5-7 years of electrical, electronic, or mechanical experience in a distribution environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must possess leadership skills, troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of electrical systems.
- Must pass a Mechanical Aptitude test with a score of a minimum of 50 percentile.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
