Job Description:
The Reserve Network is excited to hire Machine Operators who are committed to quality and safety in the workplace. You will follow blueprints and schematic workups to create precision implements and tools with large machinery. After each product is cut through the machine, you will check it for quality and that it meets specifications. Safety is paramount; always follow company and industry safety guidelines. We prefer candidates who have at least 1-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance (PM's) to repair or replace defective equipment using hand tools, power tools, and reassemble equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, schematics, and repair manuals.
- Work with production, QC department, maintenance supervisor on equipment related issues.
- Performs all duties while observing all OSHA, NFPA, NEC, safety guidelines.
- Assist operators on Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO), safety, and basic equipment maintenance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-3 years of maintenance technician experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic understanding of Hand tools and mechanical devices
- Ability to read and understand maintenance and OEM manuals
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen

The base salary range for this position is $24.00 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
