Job Description: As a Maintenance Technician, you will ensure optimal performance of extrusion and rewind equipment in a high-volume fabric manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and providing timely repairs to minimize downtime. Additionally, you will collaborate with production teams to avoid production delays and ensure safety standards are followed during all maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
- Operate power tools and machinery including drills, grinders, mills, and lathes
- Repair and calibrate electrical heat controls
- Maintain AC and DC motor drives
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2-3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
- Proficient in MIG welding
- Experience with AC/DC motor drives
- Strong tool handling and mechanical skills

The base salary range for this position is $23.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
